The name Made The USA is a twist on the phrase, “Made In The USA.” It a paean to my city and its role in the formation of and the fight for our country to this day. Philadelphia gives us the Liberty Bell, the Declaration of Independence, Benjamin Franklin, Independence Hall and more... which all become subjects of some of my designs, but in a way that you’ve never seen before.

The design features a play on Benjamin Franklin's cartoon "Join or Die," which gets twisted to LOVE OR DIE. The snake was hand drawn with the scales of the snake being changed to hearts to support the new motto.
PHLove t-shirt
This design features a play on Philadelphias' Robert Indiana's sculpture "Love," which gets twisted to PHLOVE. The wording is altered by using the airport code here in Philadelphia.

Pablo Picasso on the Rocky steps at the Philadelphia Museum of Art t-shirt
This design features a play on the Rocky statue at the PMA which tens of thousands fans take a photo with every year. Picasso, well known for his combative attitude and confidence, was often photographed while wearing swim trunks. The idea of putting Pablo together with Rocky is a no brainer...pun intended.
